Layh Law Company (“LLC”) is a law firm providing legal service in the provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This privacy policy applies to your use of our website, www.layhlaw.ca, and is in addition to our professional duty of confidentiality pursuant to The Legal Profession Act, Code of Conduct and Law Society Rules, for Saskatchewan and Manitoba, respectively.

You may pay for services through our website through third party payment processing. We will not store or collect your credit card details. Your payment information will be provided directly to our third party payment processing company which company shall comply with all commercial standards to securely use your payment information.
